We are there to oversee every part of your day to make sure every little detail you have spent so long planning is executed. You do not need to worry about a thing, you can just enjoy being in the moment on your wedding day.

• On-the-day full wedding coordination (12 hours approx).
• 12 month or 6 Month checkin calls prior to your wedding date.
• Pre-wedding planning meeting. 12 - 6 weeks prior to discuss everything you have planned.
• Communication and review of contracts with your suppliers from your final details.
• On-the-day direct communication with your suppliers and venue.
• A detailed wedding day timeline, venue set up, guest assistance throughout the day.
• Supplier Management 
• Overseeing and managing the timeline.
• Taking care of every on-the-day-detail. And yes that includes having our emergency kit on standby.
